  • The US Wholesale eCommerce Coordinator supports our US Wholesale accounts and their online efforts.  This role is responsible for assisting in tasks required to get our products listed and available to purchase on wholesaler websites.  The ideal candidate is detail oriented and is familiar with the online shopping experience.  This role reports into the US Senior Manager eCommerce, and is based in our Mexico office.

45%: Product Copy and Image Procurement

  • Maintaining a list of all Wholesale products to ensure copy and images have been shared with the Wholesale accounts on time
  • Procuring product copy utilizing reports and a web portal.  Adjusting copy format to meet each account’s requirements.  Sending copy to accounts
  • Downloading product images utilizing an Excel based tool and web portal.  Adjusting image file names to meet each account’s requirements.  Sending images to accounts
  • On-going maintenance

45%: Product Set Up forms

  • Maintaining a list of all Wholesale products to track due dates and status of product set ups
  • Run product data reports.  Transfer product data to account specific Excel product set up forms.  Send to Sales Support teams
  • Enter product data into account specific web portals.  Validate accuracy of data entry
  • On-going maintenance

10%: Site Scrubbing / Site Merchandising

  • Browse retailer websites to ensure product is listed online as expected
  • Escalate and communicate any issues to Site team

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • English required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolutions
  • Familiar with online shopping and online site experience
  • Passion for eCommerce

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR JOB PERFORMANCE)

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Previous Retail/eCommerce experience is a plus
